This course consists of the advanced study of properties of the hair and scalp; principles of hair design; shampooing, rinsing, and conditioning; haircutting; hairstyling; braiding and braid extensions; wigs and hair enhancements; chemical texture services; and hair coloring.

Lecture Hours: Three hours lecture.
Lab Hours: Nine hours lab.
