CDT 1713 - Language And Literacy Development For Youngchildren
3 Credit Hours
This course includes the study of oral and written language development of young children and the implementation of a developmentally appropriate language arts curriculum. The Mississippi Early Learning Guidelines, Infant Toddler Environmental Rating Scale Revised (ITERS-R) , and Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale Revised (ECERS-R) are utilized.
Lecture Hours: Three hours lecture.
