EET 1334 - Solid State Devices And Circuits

A course designed to introduce the student to active devices that include PN junction diodes, bipolar transistors, bipolar transistor circuits, and unipolar devices with emphasis on low-frequency application and troubleshooting.

Prerequisite: DC/AC Circuits (EET 1145).
Lecture Hours: Two hours lecture.
Lab Hours: Four hours lab.
