LIS 1121 - Basic Library Research

Students will learn the skills necessary to navigate various information resources and evaluate materials found. This includes using state provided resources like MAGNOLIA and MELO. The course will focus on the paper writing process by finding and evaluating sources, discussion plagiarism and copyright, citing information, and annotating bibliographies.
