FST 2613 - Microbiology/Pathology

This course is designed to present the basic principles of microbiology and prevention of the spread of microorganisms as related to the embalming procedure and protection of the public health. Also focuses on the study of pathological disease conditions and how they affect various parts of the body, with particular emphasis on those conditions that relate to or affect the embalming or restorative art process.
